Celine is 24 and studies Innovation Management. She chose to move towards the fields of marketing and communication. In apprenticeship at Air France KLM in Flight Innovation, she can put into practice the theoretical courses she follows and evolve in a complete work environment in contact with professionals.
"Céline is working on onboard connectivity, an important development challenge at Air France-KLM," said Peter Verheijde his apprenticeship tutor. Considered as a full employee, Céline participates specifically to the development of WiFi on board for long-haul flights in the company. A technological advance that the young woman is proud to participate into. "Learning helped me to gain confidence because I have to manage projects independently. We are forced to take responsibility and that is a good thing for my future career."
An analysis shared his apprentice master "Celine has learned a lot at this position, [...] it is certain, at the end of her training, she will be ready to join the world of work."

On July 12, our apprentices at the end of the contract participated in the event "Boost Your Future" ! .
Organised in partnership with ADP (Paris Aéroport), GIP Employment and SODESI , this event aims to prepare our apprentices towards employment.
The daylong event was divided into two parts : A round table of contributions by professionnals (social networks , SME, VIE ... ) in the morning and coaching workshops (CV / Interview ) in the afternoon delivered by HR staff. Among those HR actors , there were RRH group selection and recruitment Manager , Head of Professional Development , Mobility Advisor etc.
Our apprentices were coached individually by our HR partners on their resume and the interview.
Air France , partner of its apprentices encourages them in their professional success.
Air France participated in Altern' up, the competition of business start-up assistance at the initiative of large companies!
Last June, 24 intern's projects were selected from 5 partner companies (EDF, Sanofi, Schneider Electric, Thales, Air France) to participate in Créativ ' Week!
Among 10 projets submitted by our apprentices, 5 Air France projects were selected internally. They were given a 3000€ cheque for consultation aid to help them set up their business in the year!
In October, 10 prize-winners will participate in the finale of the competition with as a bonus, the EDF Grand Prix of 10 000€ .
3 projects by Air France's apprentices were chosen to participate in it: a project of mobile application, a project of plant culture in urban zones and a project of a new generation school.
This action is part of our policy towards the employment of our apprentices at the end of their contract.
Air France supports Centrale Paris' students registered in Mada ECP, a student society aiming at creating global solidarity.
Air France has decided to enable the shipping of humanitarian goods to Madagascar in order to support their project. In partnership with the NGO Children of the Sun, this operation aims at setting up technical and educational projects on three Malgasy locations.
