The huge range of Air France business sectors and professions provides a whole host of opportunities for internal occupational mobility and for rich, stimulating professional careers.

There are genuine links between the professions, and skills development is a priority.

Throughout the year, discussions with your manager and the Human Resources team enable you to move forward in your job, formalise your career development requests and define your related training programmes. The pivotal occasions of the annual appraisal interview and the professional development interview, one-to-one with your manager, are key moments.

In a challenging environment, the company must show that its structure is adaptable and quick to respond, in order to meet its customers' expectations and ensure its economic performance. Internal mobility lies at the heart of the Airline's professional and organisational challenges.

The forward-looking management of jobs and skills aims to provide an overview of the development of employment requirements within the company. These requirements are regularly examined in inter-organisation and professional mobility committees which contribute to structuring your career path.

SUPPORT FOR MOBILITY

The company is very careful to provide its employees with the maximum of useful elements to help them structure and implement their career paths.

The job opportunities in the company's various professions are communicated to employees via the "Careers Observatory". This Intranet tool identifies the links between professions and the expertise to be developed.

The "Mobility Area" gives information and individual advice to employees about their mobility plans. "Mobility Stands" are dedicated to local proximity actions, as close as possible to employees. 

 An electronic job exchange" is available to all employees and makes them aware of job vacancies in the company and how to apply for them. Several hundred internal vacancies are published in this way every year.

To enable professional opportunities within the company to be discovered, professional forums are also regularly organised. They provide everyone with the opportunity to discover developing professions, attend themed conferences, meet managers and industry experts and discuss training and career opportunities with Human Resources representatives.
