By a company agreement signed with the professional organisations and approved by DIRECCTE (Regional Directorate for Competition, Consumption, Work and Employment), the company is confirming its desire to promote disabled people's access to employment.
This commitment particularly concerns hiring, professional integration, retention in employment and procurement of services from the protected worker sector. It confirms an unwavering desire to allow everyone to work in an ambiance of equality.
To achieve this, the company does its utmost to successfully conduct the three key stages of recruitment, welcome and integration.
Hiring is open to all qualifications and every level in the company. Recruitment is carried out according to the company's requirements and on the basis of the candidate's expertise. His or her abilities and the nature of his or her disability must be compatible with the job under consideration.
The integration and disability department, in close collaboration with the recruitment department, sets up the necessary arrangements for the selection tests (sign language interpreter, or any other arrangements relating to the candidate's disability).
As far as possible, the company also ensures that all the necessary arrangements are implemented to enable the newly-hired disabled employee to carry out his/her duties in the best conditions: workstation layout, transport assistance, adaptation of working hours, etc.
