The Friends of the Foundation network was set up in 2004 to increase participation by Air France staff. It currently numbers some 2,100 agents. Their support for the Foundation’s programmes has undoubtedly become a vehicle for social cohesion at Air France.
When staff join the Friends of the Foundation network, they receive all the Foundation’s latest news automatically and they can then relay the information to colleagues. They can also volunteer to help partner associations or during events organized by the Foundation.
