With the mobile phone number and e-mail address that customers provide when they make a booking, Air France can inform them of any delay, cancellation or change of boarding gate in real time throughout their trip, as from 14 days before departure either by phone, text message or e-mail.
"Air France Connect" is an entirely free service which is available in 8 languages.
