71% of customers use e-services at Paris-Orly

In October 2009, 71% of Air France customers used e-services at Paris-Orly. This service, which does much to enhance the passengers’ travel experience at the airport, is appreciated the most by short-haul customers. Most flights leaving Paris-Orly are bound for French metropolitan destinations.

Air France is constantly developing e-services. The latest service introduced allows passengers to receive their boarding cards directly on cell phones. On the medium-haul network from April 2010, this service will even be automatic for customers travelling in Voyageur cabin class and having booked on
