On 2 February, Air France introduced a personalized customer section called “My Account”, accessible from the homepage at www.airfrance.com.
All customers can set up an account in which they can provide and save personal data (identity, personal contact details, payment preferences, seat and meal preferences etc.) in a completely safe way.
With this new service, users will no longer need to re-enter their personal information every time they purchase a ticket online, saving them precious time. Everyone will be able to set up an account and make changes to it in just a few clicks.
Flying Blue members can also consult their data on “My Account” and have access to an 18-month Miles statement.
This new service will soon be available on Air France’s mobile apps and is also available at www.klm.com.
