All passengers at airports want to be welcomed, informed and provided with information in a language they understand.
To make their time at the airport easier for passengers who speak neither French nor English, Air France has a team of multilingual agents who speak Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Korean, Tamil, Hindi, Spanish, Portuguese and Arabic.
They provide assistance to 4,700 passengers every day, helping them for example with check-in procedures and with their flight connections.
Let's meet the Chinese multicultural team.
