The Air France-KLM staff in Greece was invited to bring unused toys, books or bicycles...
In June 2011, the staff in Greece was invited to bring unused toys, books or bicycles. The materiel collected was then given to "Hamogelo Tou Paidou", the largest association in Greece supporting abandoned and needy children.
Formerly, the establishment had already collected money and school items for this organization and had on a few occasions sponsored children with serious health conditions and their families to travel. Given the encouraging response of the teams, the establishment intends to further develop such actions.
This initiative is in line with Air France KLM's commitment to supporting social development in the areas where it operates, and to involving staff in citizenship ventures, especially those targeting vulnerable children.
