Using 28 languages, its service centres manage relations with customers from over 15 major corporations in sectors such as air transport, tourism and leisure activities, culture, the media, banks, insurances and luxury products.
BlueLink also handles calls from members of the Air France KLM frequent flyer programme, Flying Blue.
BlueLink offers multi-lingual, multi-website and multimedia services to meet the needs of all major brands in terms of information, reservation-sales, claims, Internet support, customer loyalty, online helpdesk and advice.
BlueLink employs 1,100 people.
