Servair, an Air France subsidiary, is the leading airline catering company in France. Ranked third worldwide with close to 40 outlets all over the world, Servair has a leading position in Paris and Africa.

With its subsidiaries and network of partners, Servair  provides Air France and over 120 other customer airlines with a range of services indispensable to air transport operations and passenger comfort.  

Servair has developed three main sectors of activity:

Airline catering

Standard and specially-prepared meals, world cuisine (Japanese, Indian, Chinese, Caribbean, etc.), cultural cuisine (Kosher or halal meals), AB-certified organic meals, meals designed for people with specific dietary needs (vegetarian or medical), in-flight purchases, wine consultant. 

Other types of catering: private catering, airport restaurants, etc. 

Airport assistance services

Cabin cleaning and supplies, press handling, assistance to reduced mobiltiy passengers, airport lounge management, ground and in-flight duty-free sales management, airport services training. 

Consulting services

40 years' experience in air transport consulting: composing meals, technical expertise, airline management, cabin crew staff training, equipment procurement, etc.  

Servair employs over 10,000 people and in 2012 posted turnover of 789 million.
