Customers are taken care of from the time they arrive at the airport where a porter takes their baggage, to check-in and then to the La Première lounge. This exclusive service enables La Première passengers to save precious time and to spend time in the exceptional La Première lounge at Paris-Charles de Gaulle.

The La Première lounge at Paris-Charles de Gaulle offers passengers over 1,000 sq. m. of space to enjoy a meal, relax or work. The restaurant serves menus designed by Alain Ducasse and the finest wines from the Air France wine cellar.

The lounge has a relaxation area offering personalized health and beauty treatments, including facial care, body care and massage programs that have been specially designed to cater to frequent travellers’ needs. The entire lounge is equipped with free Wi-Fi access.

To enable passengers to board serenely and discreetly, the lounge staff inform them of their imminent departure and they are personally escorted by car to the foot of the aircraft where they board just a few minutes before the doors are closed.

On flights departing, connecting at and arriving at other airports, Air France staff welcome and accompany passengers, and offer them exceptional La Première service.
