At the airport

At the airport, passengers can check in free of charge one piece of baggage weighing up to 23kg or two pieces of baggage each weighing up to 23kg for Flying Blue Elite and Elite Plus customers. One bag weighing no more than 12kg can also be taken in the cabin. Worldwide, Air France agents ensure that all passengers receive optimum service at the airport. 

Air France promotes customer autonomy, offering all passengers the possibility of purchasing their ticket and checking in online and receiving their boarding pass on their mobile phone. With the Air France Connect service, available for all passengers worldwide without registration or subscription, passengers are informed via text message or e-mail of any changes to their trip. This service applies to the most frequent operating irregularities such as flight cancellations, delays or delayed baggage delivery.

At the boarding gate, passengers will find free French and international newspapers before boarding.
