This primarily involves the sales teams, which strive every day to develop and implement suitable responses to customer needs, from creating products and services to after-sales operations. 

Our airport teams are responsible for making these services a reality, guaranteeing the quality of a customer relationship that aims to be attentive and personalised, while at the same time forming part of an upscaling drive to achieve the very best positioning. 


As a customer service agent, you are the first contact passengers have with the Air France brand. Your role consists in winning over passengers and earning their loyalty during their airport experience. Every time a passenger experiences an Air France service, it is an opportunity to see the brand's promise in action: you embody Air France at the airport.

In keeping with business procedures and the safety and security rules, you will perform all commercial and operational customer handling operations. To facilitate their airport experience, you will provide friendly advice and assist passengers according to their needs and profiles, always mindful of adapting to the operational situation at hand.

As an ambassador for the brand, you will convey the Air France image: High Quality and Pleasure must be key elements of every passenger journey with our airline.

Key Account / Strategic Accounts Manager
 Account Managers are the point of entry for Air France, Transavia, KLM, Delta and China Eastern for accounts with annual transport revenue in France of between €500k and €2m.

Through their work with specifiers, they are responsible for strengthening and developing the position of Air France, Transavia, KLM, Delta and China Eastern in their portfolio of accounts.

They negotiate and coordinate business contracts with a view to achieving revenue and market-share objectives, as well as their qualitative objectives. The sales profession is not specific to AF, but what makes it interesting at our company is the network, the broad range of customers and the attendant challenges, including in terms of competition and the environment.
