Air France and Flying Blue extend their commercial measures
Since the start of the Covid-19 health crisis, Air France has introduced exceptional measures grouped under the Air France Protect label. These measures are a guarantee of peace of mind when travelling, with the strictest health conditions at every stage of the journey, fully flexible tickets and insurance cover linked to the pandemic.
During this global health crisis, Air France places the health and safety of its customers and staff at the heart of its priorities and is monitoring the situation in real time to offer the most appropriate solutions.
Air France is extending to 31 December 2021 the guarantee of fully flexible or refundable tickets on all its flights
The flexible commercial measures relating to fully flexible or refundable tickets, initially scheduled to run until 30 September 2021, have now been extended to 31 December 2021.
Whatever the reason, customers can change their reservation, obtain a refundable credit voucher if they no longer wish to travel or receive a refund if their flight has been cancelled. Find out more aboutAir France Protect
