Air France wins a prize at the Digital Transformation Awards
Air France was awarded the “Customer Relations” prize by the Digital Solutions magazine at the Digital Transformation Awards ceremony on March 14, 2019. This award recognizes the digital innovation of the customer and employee experience with the introduction of digital tools over the past few years.
Air France provides its staff with digital tablets; Cabin Pads and Pilot Pads for pilots and flight attendants, and Marco Pads for ground agents.
