Air France's CSR commitments awarded the 2019 Grand Prix Marco Polo
At IFTM Top Resa, Air France won the 2019 Grand Prix Marco Polo, which for the first time recognizes the airline with the highest CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) commitment. This award recognizes Air France's efforts in two fields:
Reducing its environmental footprint by replacing single-use plastic on board with sustainable alternatives. This commitment, effective from the end of 2019, is the result of close collaboration between Air France teams and suppliers.
Improving the travel experience of customers with disabilities. This is the result of the daily efforts of staff at Air France's Saphir assistance service the hub and all the sectors that contribute to the well-being of passengers with disabilities.
