Lucie, the Air France chatbot reinvents the way travellers search for their future destination and plan their trip thanks to a personalized, fun and enriching chat experience on Facebook Messenger.
Depending on their mood, customers can chat with Lucie 24/7 by sending her emoticons or a message in French and soon in English. They describe their ideal trip, their preferences and tastes and Lucie picks a destination that matches the user’s criteria. Lucie then transforms into a travel guide, proposing articles, videos, photos, music, recommended places of interest and practical info.
Whether customers have only a vague idea of their future destination, want to be surprised or conversely know exactly where they want to go, as a couple or with their family, and whether they speak in French or use emoticons, Lucie adapts to every desire and mood.
Lucie is the latest intelligent assistant to join Louis, Air France’s chatbot dedicated to customers’ baggage-related questions, launched in 2017.
