OUR PROFESSIONS

The Revenue Management & Pricing (RMP) Division plays a central role in the Group's commercial strategy. The department is tasked with developing and increasing revenue by optimising the occupancy rate and average revenue per passenger. The role of Revenue Management is crucial at airline companies. Prices for each flight are constantly adjusted to optimise revenue according to customer demand, obeying the law of supply and demand. The revenue quality of a flight depends not just on the load factor; unit revenue is an equally important variable. Working at the Commercial Division of Air France-KLM, flight analysts are responsible for a portfolio of routes. They are tasked with choosing the best pricing strategy in constant interaction with various stakeholders, including Pricing, Programme and the sales teams in all our markets in France and abroad. Network Planning is in charge of the development strategy of the Air France air network over the next five years in conjunction with the company's commercial and operational functions. It is responsible for improving the economic and operational performance of a network of more than 170 destinations with a fleet of 200 aircraft. Being a Network Planning analyst means working as part of a team at a dynamic division holding a central role in the Group's challenges and business model. You will develop an overall vision of the company's strategy and regularly and directly interact with the company's decision-makers on major financial issues.
Owing to its central function, this job position will allow you to work together with numerous stakeholders (both internally and at airports and other companies), nourishing your internal and external networks. You will also have the opportunity to travel to meet your partners from other companies, develop your negotiation skills, and meet up with regional sales teams and attend trade fairs and conferences.

Reporting to the Flight Support and Fuel Plan Department of Air Operations, the analyst contributes to the coordination of the opening of routes for Air Operations, the monitoring and anticipation of operational performance, aircraft performance, and operational performance.
As part of Air France's business transformation and environmental commitments, the department must ensure safe, efficient, clean and cost-effective operations.
We need to improve the economy, performance and service quality of our operations while reducing their environmental impact. The objective of the Fuel Plan is to reduce our CO2 emissions by almost 400,000 tonnes a year by 2027 while reducing our fuel costs by €100 million a year.
