On Wednesday October 17, Chef Olivier Falchi boarded flight AF229 connecting Buenos Aires (Argentina) to Paris-Charles de Gaulle for a new edition of the Oh my Chef! event. With this event, the company regularly invites a chef on board an Air France flight to share their menu, meet passengers and hear their impressions.
During the flight, Olivier Falchi shared his vision of gourmet cuisine with passengers and personally presented his dishes. Two happy customers received a golden ticket on their meal trays, an invitation to enjoy a meal at home prepared by the chef in person!
From May 2018 to April 2019, Air France has chosen the talented chef from the Gers region to create a signature dish on the menu in the Business cabin along with an appetizer available in the different cabin classes on flights on departure from Buenos Aires (Argentina).
