As an employer, the Air France brand is based on several key values, including innovation, safety, excellence, diversity and customer commitment. Air France offers an exciting, inclusive work environment that respects the diversity of its employees while fostering a collaborative corporate culture and providing tailored training and career development opportunities.
At our Roissy-CDG headquarters, our open and bright work spaces are designed to encourage dialogue and cross-functionality.
Soundproofed “bubbles” allow for focused concentration, while the cafés interspersed among offices are places to meet and socialise. South-facing windows look over the runways of Roissy Charles de Gaulle, always buzzing with activity, to put you in a travel state of mind.

The office layout was designed by ergonomists with a view to comfort, simplicity, fluidity and transparency.
Our creativity spaces are ideal for brainstorming meetings, informal or social events, workshops and the search for new solutions.
When the weather is nice, what could be more pleasant than to move team meetings to the outdoor patios? You can also wander through the green spaces, join in a gardening workshop or play a game of ping-pong at lunchtime.
IT at the heart of innovation and the digital transformation:
The Valbonne site, supplementing the IT centres in Toulouse and Amsterdam, is constantly adapting to the rapid development of new technologies and is preparing ahead of time for the travel of the future through digital innovations. The three data centres continuously ensure the availability of systems responding to high-level IT security requirements while providing global coverage.
The Valbonne centre is also the first Air France-KLM site to have installed a photovoltaic plant. The centre’s car park is covered with nearly 6,000m² of photovoltaic panels. This renewable and abundant source of energy helps to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, providing 10% of the site's energy needs.
The Valbonne Data Centre has been renovated in the spirit of Green IT.

Almost 1,000m² of machine rooms have been renovated, providing better urban planning and significantly reducing energy consumption. Thanks to the renovation, the heat emitted by the servers is now used to heat the site's buildings. The European Union has recognised the site’s approach by rewarding it with as part of the Code of Conduct on Data Centre Energy Efficiency initiative.
Located 10 km south of Paris, the Air France site at Orly mainly houses facilities for maintenance activities, which are currently expanding, and also for baggage handling and ground operations.
