Aircraft require constant maintenance to ensure their airworthiness and performance, and to guarantee the highest level of flight safety for passengers and crews.
As an integral part of Air France's engineering and maintenance teams, Aircraft Technicians carry out maintenance, repair and overhaul operations, whenever necessary, for the Air France-KLM Group’s fleet, as well as for customer airlines.
Aircraft Technicians work in a fast-paced environment, combining technical expertise and rigor. They are involved in maintenance operations on both the mechanical and electrical systems of Boeing and Airbus aircraft. They carry out checks, adjustments and repairs on critical aircraft components such as engines, landing gear, fuselage and cargo holds.
From preventive to corrective maintenance, each intervention is meticulously planned and executed, whether on the runway during aircraft operation, or in the hangar during more in-depth inspections. Aircraft Technicians ensure that these operations are carried out within the framework of defined procedures, in compliance with their craft and deadlines.
Today, Aircraft Technicians are at the heart of the challenges facing the airline industry. Confronted with evolving technologies and environmental commitments, their know-how is essential to guarantee fleet availability and flight safety.
