Air France’s diversity is based on everything we represent as men and women, of all ages and different socio-professional backgrounds, united around our differences and respect for others. Each of our talents is unique and make up the diversity of our skills!

DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION

Air France continues to implement actions to promote diversity and equal opportunities and works on a daily basis to foster an inclusive work environment.

Our main actions -

  • Promoting diversity at all levels and in all sectors of the company,
  • Supporting the professional integration of people with disabilities,
  • Providing young people from local vicinities with training and employment opportunities,
  • Creating a more inclusive environment for LGBT+ staff,
  • Promoting measures to accompany seniors through the second half of their career,
  • Raising awareness among staff about stereotypes and unconscious biases,
  • Developing managers’ awareness of inclusive management.

GENDER EQUALITY

In January 2022, Air France signed its 6th three-year agreement on gender equality.

This agreement sets out concrete measures to promote Air France women’s access to positions of responsibility, increase the number of women in management committees, ensure equality, particularly in terms of pay, promote access for women to technical professions that remain male-dominated, and improve working conditions for parents.

It also aims to fight sexism and sexual harassment, and support women who are victims of violence.

Air France has signed -

  • The #StOpE commitment act, on 4th December 2018, to fight against so-called ordinary sexism at work.
  • The “Feminizing airline professions” charter, on 8th March, 2022.
