Every year, the Air France Foundation studies, selects and funds projects to support children and young people in serious difficulties, with an illness, a disability or living on the streets in countries around the world served by Air France. It works alongside partner associations involved in frontline activities.
The support provided to these associations enables them to carry out their programmes dedicated to children and young people around education, inclusion, and social and employment integration, particularly in jobs linked to sustainable tourism.
The Foundation also supports associations that seek to enrich the daily lives of children with illnesses or disabilities, such as taking their first flight and events in hospitals. Access to culture, leisure activities and sport is a key focus of the Air France Foundation for young people who are disenfranchised from these areas. The Foundation also helps to raise environmental awareness among the younger generations.
