Didier Nicolini
Executive Vice President Multi Risk Division
A former French Navy officer and holder of the French Military Technical Diploma, Didier Nicolini joined the Air France Group in 2000 as an A320 pilot, after 10 years of service in the French Naval Aviation.
From 2009 onwards, he moved to management positions within the Flight Operations Division. In particular, he contributed to the flight safety reforms, as Deputy Manager of the Trajectoire programme and then Deputy Manager of the Technical Development Division. In 2015, he was appointed Director of Human Resources for Pilots, before taking over as Director of Pilot Labour Relations in 2019.
Now an A350/A330 captain, Didier Nicolini was appointed EVP Multi Risk Division on 3 April 2023, a division whose scope covers flight safety, occupational safety, food safety and environmental risk. In this capacity, he will join the Air France Executive Committee
