A graduate of the Mines Paris Tech business school, Anne Rigail joined Air Inter in 1991. In 1996, she was appointed head of Air France Customer Services at Paris-Orly. In 1999, she became head of Passenger and Baggage connections at Paris-CDG, and subsequently head of customer and baggage products for Ground Operations. In 2005, she was promoted Head of Operations at the Paris-CDG hub and became VP Paris-CDG Hub in 2009. She joined the Executive Committee in 2013 as Executive Vice President in-flight services, in charge of cabin crew. In 2017, she was appointed EVP Customer Experience, in charge of supervising ground and in-flight products and services, including Air France airport lounge design, cabin layout and modernization, and roll-out of in-flight Wi-Fi. Anne Rigail was appointed CEO on 12 December 2018.

After working as an economist at the INSEE and then at the Banque de France, Alexandre Baclet joined the French Treasury in 2010 as head of the Economic and Monetary Union office, where he was involved in managing the Eurozone sovereign debt crisis. In 2013, he took charge of the New York economic department. In 2015, he became Europe, International and Economic Financing Advisor to Michel Sapin, Minister of Finance. In 2016, he was appointed Deputy Director of Public Finance at the Treasury Department, where he was responsible for producing public finance forecasts and taking part in the development of the State's budgetary strategy. He was then appointed Deputy Director for Europe in 2018, a position he has held until today. In this capacity, in spring 2020 he contributed to the implementation of emergency measures at European level in response to the Covid crisis, then to the drawing up of the European recovery plan. Alexandre Baclet is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and the Ecole Nationale de la Statistique et de l'Administration Economique (ENSAE), and holds a master's degree from the Paris School of Economics. Alexandre Baclet has been appointed EVP Finance Air France as of 1 July 2021. He reports to Anne Rigail and is a member of the Executive Committee.

Alain Bernard is a graduate of the Ecole Centrale de Paris. He joined Air Inter in 1987 as Research Officer in the Planning Division. In 1990 he became Head of the Customer Interface Department in the Marketing Division, then in 1994, Head of the Flight Crew Labour Relations Department. In 1997 he was appointed Vice President Flight Crew Human Resources for Air France. In 1999 he became Vice President of the SAP Programme then Deputy Vice President Flight Scheduling in 2002. In 2005 he was appointed Vice President Operations Control, Vice President Flight Operations in 2009 and Executive Vice President In-Flight Product in 2010. In 2013 he was appointed Executive Vice President Medium-Haul Passenger Activity Paris-CDG. He is now Chief Operating Officer and Accountable Manager until 2019. As of March 1st, 2019 he is named COO-VP operations and cargo.

A graduate of the Ecole Nationale de l'Aviation Civile (ENAC), Hervé Boury has spent his entire career in flight operations. He joined Air Inter in 1989, where he held various maintenance positions, including Head of Engineering for the A320 fleet. In 1997, he joined Air France's international stations in New York, Martinique and Guadeloupe as Regional Station Manager. He then returned to Paris and became Head of Aircraft Services in 2008 and then VP of Cargo Operations in 2010. Hervé Boury joined Transavia (France) in 2013, as Chief Operations Officer and Accountable Manager. He was appointed CEO of Hop! on 16 January 2023.

A graduate of the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Techniques Avancées, Eric Caron joined Air France in 1998 as a medium-haul program economic analyst in the network department. In 2003, he joined the revenue management teams, in charge of inventory management for the Americas, Caribbean and Indian Ocean regions.In 2006, he was appointed Head of Information Systems at Air France-KLM's Network Division.He became deputy to the Program Director in 2009, in charge of the current program and regulation, before becoming Director of pricing and medium-haul revenue management in 2010.From 2014 to 2017, he was successively Regional Director in Mexico and the United States, before returning to France in 2017 as Executive Vice President in charge of in-flight services. Since 2021 he has been Regional Delegate North America. Eric Caron was appointed Executive Vice President, In-Flight Service, on January 1, 2024

An engineering graduate of the Ecole Centrale de Paris, Vincent d’Andréa began his career with Air France in 1998, where he held a number of positions in equipment, engine and aerostructure maintenance. In 2012, he became Managing Director of CRMA. In 2014, he joined AFI KLM E&M in charge of Group Equipment and Services. In 2018, he has been Vice President Air France Aircraft Maintenance. Since 1st May 2026, he is Executive Vice President Engineering & Maintenance.

A graduate of École Polytechnique and the Institut Supérieur de l'Aéronautique et de l'Espace, Christian Gauthier began his career with the French Ministry of Defense before working as a consultant with Peat Marwick and then McKinsey. He joined Air France in 2004, where he successively served as Head of Airport Development, Head of Ground Customer Experience and Ground Operations, and Director of Operations at the Charles-de-Gaulle hub. He joined Servair in 2016 as Managing Director Africa before returning to Air France in 2020 as Purchasing Director, a position he held until 2023. Christian Gauthier is appointed Executive Vice President, Transformation and Sustainable Development on September 1, 2023.

A graduate of KEDGE Business School in Bordeaux and the University of Portsmouth, Sébastien Guyot joined Air France in 1998. He has held several commercial positions abroad (Africa, India and the UK) as well as in Revenue Management. He was VP Sales for the French Market, then General Manager Asia-Pacific area before taking on the responsibility of Air France-KLM Global Sales. He is currently SVP Global Sales and North America area for Air France-KLM. He represents the commercial representative on the Air France Executive Committee.

A graduate of the Ecole des Mines in Paris, Olivier Janicaud joined the Air France Group in 1994, as a Strategic Planning Engineer in the Scheduling Department of Air Inter. From 1998 onwards, he held several positions in Ground Operations, at Roissy and then at Toulouse airport. He joined the Air France Hub Operations Division in 2005, and became VP Hub Operations in 2009. In 2013, he was appointed VP of the Operations Control Centre, the Air France operational platform that oversees the smooth running of operations 24/7. From 2019 to 2022, he served as Chief of Staff to the CEO of Air France. Olivier Janicaud was appointed EVP Corporate Secretary of Air France on 1 January 2023.

After graduating in 2000 with an engineering degree from SupAero and the Toulouse Business School, Laurent Lafontan began his career as an engineer at Airbus. In 2001, he joined Air France as a cadet pilot. He initially served as a First Officer on Airbus A320 and Boeing 777, then as a Flight Captain on A320, and since 2023, on A350.  After holding several positions at the Flight Safety division, in 2012, he became head of quality assurance, internal investigations and flight operations safety studies. In 2014, he was appointed Deputy VP Flight Safety. In September 2015, he joined the Flight Operations division as VP strategy, innovation and projects. For two years, he also took part in negotiations between management and professional pilot organizations. He was VP Flight Operations Development from 2018 to 2023. Laurent Lafontan was appointed EVP Flight Operations in March 2025.

A former French Navy officer and holder of the French Military Technical Diploma, Didier Nicolini joined the Air France Group in 2000 as an A320 pilot, after 10 years of service in the French Naval Aviation. From 2009 onwards, he moved to management positions within the Flight Operations Division. In particular, he contributed to the flight safety reforms, as Deputy Manager of the Trajectoire programme and then Deputy Manager of the Technical Development Division. In 2015, he was appointed Director of Human Resources for Pilots, before taking over as Director of Pilot Labour Relations in 2019. Now an A350/A330 captain, Didier Nicolini was appointed EVP Multi Risk Division on 3 April 2023, a division whose scope covers flight safety, occupational safety, food safety and environmental risk. In this capacity, he will join the Air France Executive Committee

A graduate of the Ecole Nationale de l’Aviation Civile, Fabien Pelous joined Air France in 1996. After several positions in the Strategy and Revenue Management divisions at Air France, he notably served as Regional Manager for Canada, head of the AFKL international customer contact centers, and then SVP Customer Contact for the Air France-KLM group. In 2021, he was nominated SVP of Customer Experience at Air France. Since January 1st 2026, he has been Executive Vice President Customer.

Patrice Tizon holds a Master's degree in Economic and Social Administration from Paris X and a Master’s degree (DESS) in Employment Management and Social Development from Sciences Po Paris. With 30 years of experience in the field of Human Resources and Social Relations Management, Patrice Tizon is a highly experienced professional. He began his career in 1988 with the Arcelor group where he held various positions of increasing responsibility in the field of social relations, training, staff management and human resources with SOLLAC and GTS industries. He also led various cross-functional projects (HRIS). In 1999, Patrice Tizon joined Air France-KLM as Human Resources Director for the group's Cargo division. In 2005, he was appointed Human Resources Director for Air France at Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport, then, from 2006 to 2010, HRD of Air France's ground operations. In 2012, after two years in the United States as Human Resources Director USA Air France KLM, Patrice Tizon was appointed Director of International and Commercial Human Resources. In January 2018 he was appointed Director of Social Relations and since September 2018, he is the Executive Vice President Human Resources at Air France.
