To train and prepare its crews, an airline relies on the expertise, teaching ability, and precision of its flight simulator instructors.

Passionate about sharing their knowledge, flight simulator instructors are responsible for designing and delivering simulator training sessions that help pilots obtain their Type Rating (TR) or complete Multi Crew Course (MCC) courses. In doing so, they train both company pilots and external customers through simulated flight instruction, while ensuring crew knowledge is consistently updated.

Drawing on their experience as professional pilots, Flight Simulator Instructors guide trainee pilots through control systems, real-life procedures, and safety protocols. They also assess pilots' skills through qualification exams while ensuring simulators are functioning smoothly.

By collaborating closely with crews and other instructors, you will play a crucial role in pilot training, directly contributing to the safety and efficiency of flights.
