Entrepreneurship initiation programme

Entreprendre Pour Apprendre is a “Youth and Sport” approved association. In May 2022, a new branch was set up in Île-de-France with the aim of supporting nearly 2,000 young people in 75 schools throughout the 2022-2023 school year. The “Mini Company” programme provides a collective entrepreneurial experience that connects young people, the educational team and mentors. The current project, supported by the Air France Foundation since 2022, is creating ten Mini Companies to support 200 vulnerable young people in 13 towns in Seine-Saint-Denis. The idea is for the youngsters to learn to jointly put together an entrepreneurial project: collectively come up with an idea, find their place in a group, be bold and put forward arguments, then realise their project with the help of a mentor. At the end of the school year, the young people are offered the chance to take part in an exhibition stand and speak to an audience at the association’s regional festival. Professionals and juries select the projects that then take place in the national festival alongside the best Mini Companies in France.
