The Revenue Management & Pricing (RMP) Division plays a central role in the Group's commercial strategy. The department is tasked with developing and increasing revenue by optimising the occupancy rate and average revenue per passenger. The role of Revenue Management is crucial at airline companies. Prices for each flight are constantly adjusted to optimise revenue according to customer demand, obeying the law of supply and demand. The revenue quality of a flight depends not just on the load factor; unit revenue is an equally important variable. Working at the Commercial Division of Air France-KLM, flight analysts are responsible for a portfolio of routes. They are tasked with choosing the best pricing strategy in constant interaction with various stakeholders, including Pricing, Programme and the sales teams in all our markets in France and abroad.
