Operational Support Engineers manage a portfolio of work consistent with regulations on quality, safety and defined costs and contribute to maintaining the airworthiness of the Air France fleet and that of its customers.
They help to manage projects relating to maintenance scheduling.
To improve the economic performance of the division, they strike an optimal balance between costs and resources by integrating technical, logistical, industrial and availability constraints in terms of maintenance slots, as well as ensuring that the budgets for the various visits are respected by carrying out critical monitoring.
As part of their various interactions, they are in contact with the aircraft planning and production, the operations control centre (where operational decisions are made) and the programme.
