For nearly 20 years, Air France has been committed to gender diversity and professional equality between men and women.

It encourages women to enter all professions. Skills, know-how and professionalism are its priorities, while promoting the values of professional equality and gender diversity.

On International Women’s Day on 8th March 2022, Air France and its partner Airemploi are organizing the first ever inter-company “Feminizing airline professions” event dedicated to promoting women in the airline and aerospace industries. The result of a partnership between Air Emploi, Air France, Airbus, the ADP Group, the Ariane Group, Dassault Aviation, Transavia, the French Air Force, the French Navy and professional federations, the event is being held at Air France Head Office to present careers in the aeronautics and space industries to around 100 secondary and high school girls from the Paris region.

To confirm their commitment to promoting gender diversity and supporting women wishing to join the aeronautics and space industry, representatives of professional federations and companies will sign a Charter in the presence of Anne Rigail, CEO of Air France, and will commit to joint actions over the coming year.
