<p>Le contenu généré par l’IA peut être incorrect.Born in Paris, chef Yann Couvreur began his career in pastry-making with a modest internship near his family’s business. His dedication quickly led him to prestigious establishments such as the Trianon Palace in Versailles, where his talent was recognized by Michelin-starred chef Alain Dutournier. From there, he refined his craft at the Carré des Feuillants, the Park Hyatt Paris Vendôme, and Eden Rock in St. Barthélemy, where he developed his first signature line of desserts.
Back in Paris, he continued to perfect his art at the Hôtel Burgundy and the Prince de Galles, two of the city’s most esteemed five-star hotels. In 2015, Yann took the bold step of opening his own pastry shop in Paris’ Goncourt neighbourhood, where he grew up. His approach is simple – creating traditional pastries with a refined twist using seasonal, high-quality ingredients, while staying true to his roots. The success of this first boutique paved the way for additional locations, and today, Yann Couvreur Pâtisserie boasts nearly a dozen boutiques across Paris.
Internationally, he has expanded his expertise to Dubai, Riyadh, Doha, Abu Dhabi and Miami, where he has launched two establishments, including the Yann Couvreur Café, an innovative concept combining a café and restaurant in the artistic Wynwood neighbourhood. The expansion of his pastry business is a testament to the chef’s passion and commitment to excellence.
