HOW TO JOIN THE PROGRAM?
The Next Gen program is open to all young graduates with a master's degree and less than three years of experience who are recruited on a permanent contract for a management position at Air France.
After you are hired, you will automatically join the program and benefit from all the opportunities it offers.
