Graines de Joie

The association Graines de joie was set up to provide help and assistance to children in distress,

by improving their daily quality of life and developing access to education. For more than 15 years, a number of projects have been carried out with the support of the Air France Foundation in Romania, Brazil, Burkina Faso and Marseille.

As part of the current project, high-school students can volunteer to provide academic support and environmental awareness education for young children every Wednesday afternoon. The aim is to provide methodological support to help children develop basic intellectual skills that they do not possess. This ensures greater equal opportunities for these young people who also learn how to take action to protect the environment. Allowing voluntary high-school students to share their knowledge and engage in civic and social action also contributes to improving social cohesion and greater social interaction.
