Les Idéateurs

The aim of Les Idéateurs is to open up new possibilities for children, prevent early school leaving and make them proactive participants in their social and vocational future through the “learn by doing” methodology. Every year, around 90,000 pupils drop out of the French educational system. Young people from disadvantaged city neighbourhoods are the most affected due to their often difficult family economic situation. With the support of the Air France Foundation, a programme to create entrepreneurial projects for young people with learning difficulties has been in place since 2017. The aim is to foster the integration of young people from middle and secondary schools by encouraging their interest in a profession, the environment and ecology, and eco-citizenship. The programme gives them the opportunity to carry out business formation projects.
