The mission of a Pilot Workforce Sizing Analyst is to align pilot resources with the needs of the Air France fleet, whether for Boeing or Airbus aircraft on long-, medium-, or short-haul routes. This critical role ensures an optimal balance between operational efficiency, schedule quality, and economic performance, all while adhering to current regulations and internal agreements.

As a Pilot Sizing Analyst, you’ll work closely with key internal departments (Program, Training, HR, Recruitment) and collaborate with other airlines within the Group (KLM, Transavia France, HOP!). You will anticipate pilot recruitment and training needs, supporting the introduction of new aircraft into the fleet.
