HR and Managerial interviews are two different types of interviews with different objectives. The purpose of the HR interview is to get to know you, to understand your motivations and skills, and to check whether your application meets the requirements of the job.  

Here are some tips for a successful HR interview:

- Inform yourself about the company: Before the interview, it is important to get informed about the company and its culture to show your interest in Air France and make sure you align with its values.  

- Prepare answers to frequently asked questions: It is important to be prepared to answer common questions, such as “Introduce yourself” or “Why do you want to work for Air France?” Prepare clear and concise answers.  

- Highlight your skills: By talking about your past achievements and highlighting your skills, you will demonstrate that you are capable of meeting the expectations of the position and bringing real added value to Air France.  

- Show your motivation: It is important to show your motivation for the job and the company. This can be done by talking about your career goals and how the job can help you achieve them.  

- Be a good listener and keep an open mind: It is important to listen carefully to the questions asked by the recruiter and answer distinctly and succinctly. Keep in mind that the recruiter may consider your profile for another position that you are not yet aware of. This is why it’s so important to keep an open mind.
