From 8 to 11 May 2025, Air France is taking part in the ninth edition of the Taste of Paris festival which is being held again this year at the Grand Palais in Paris. For four days, this major gastronomic event celebrates the best of today’s French culinary scene, offering visitors the chance to discover unique dishes, including the airline’s signature menus served on board and prepared by renowned French chefs. Starting today, festival-goers can book a tasting session at the Air France stand, where they can exchange with chefs Régis Marcon, Nina Métayer, Olivier Perret and François Adamski.

High-flying culinary artists at the Grand Palais

For the duration of the festival, Air France is hosting a refined dining area where visitors can discover a selection of dishes that can be enjoyed on board the airline’s long-haul flights. Alongside Servair, the world leader in airline catering, the company is inviting its partner chefs to showcase their culinary delights to visitors.

Visitors to the Air France stand will have the opportunity to meet the triple Michelin-starred chef Régis Marcon, who will be signing the Business cabin menu on departure from Paris starting in June, and Nina Métayer, World’s Best Pastry Chef 2023, who is signing the desserts in this travel cabin. Montreal-based French chef Olivier Perret will also present his signature menus for Business customers on departure from all the company’s Canadian destinations. And last but not least, Servair Corporate chef François Adamski, Bocuse d’Or and Meilleur Ouvrier de France, will also present the dishes created for the Premium cabin by Michelin-starred chef Frédéric Simonin.

At special sessions that can be reserved at lunch or dinner time, the chefs will let participants taste their menus. They will be able to find out all the secrets involved in preparing a dish to be served at 35,000 feet. And to enhance this unique gastronomic experience, the dishes will be served in the Air France tableware made by the greatest French designers.

In addition, for the duration of the festival, all festival-goers will receive chef Nina Métayer’s signature dessert “Raspberry lemon delight”. A foretaste of the culinary delights Air France offers on board!
