Customers eligible for SkyPriority services now have access to a fully redesigned check-in area in terminal 2E at Paris-Charles de Gaulle, ensuring even greater comfort and streamlined service, on arrival at the airport.

This new, more spacious check-in area, with its new architecture and design, embodies the airline’s continuing move upmarket. Air France agents are available to assist customers with their check-in formalities throughout their airport journey. The check-in area has been redesigned to provide a faster and smoother experience, making it easier to direct customers depending on their destination. The expanded self-service area will be equipped with automatic gates in November 2025, offering fully autonomous access to eligible customers. Disabled passengers also benefit from dedicated lines, with direct access to services. A new exclusive entrance and dedicated channels have also been integrated for Flying Blue Ultimate customers and Air France conciergerie customers.

    Faster, privileged access through the airport with SkyPriority

    SkyPriority is a service offering Air France customers access to priority ground services and a privileged experience at every step of their journey through the airport. Reserved for Flying Blue members with Silver status and above, and passengers in the La Première, Business and Premium cabins, it provides access to priority lanes throughout the airport, at check-in, baggage drop-off and delivery, checkpoints and boarding. The SkyPriority logo appears on the boarding card of eligible customers as well as on dedicated signage at the airport.
