CUSTOMER SUPPORT MANAGER

As an integral part of the Aircraft, Engine or Equipment maintenance departments, you will be responsible for the operational performance and profitability of the contracts in your portfolio. Acting as a key interface between external customers and in-house teams, you will analyze costs and revenues to propose concrete improvements,increasing profitability.
