Over 800 Work-study opportunities for all backgrounds
As a concrete demonstration of its commitment to young people, Air France trained and supported more than a thousand work-study students in 2025. This year, over 800 work-study positions are being offered across all areas and professions within the company, including aeronautical maintenance, cabin crew, supply chain, engineering, IT systems, and more.
Positions such as mechanics are open to applicants starting from trade certificate (CAP, or Certificat d’aptitude professionnelle) or vocational baccalaureate level. Students in higher education—specializing in management, finance, human resources, IT, and other fields - can also apply for roles that match their profiles.
A commitment recognized by youth and partner institutions
For this new campaign, Air France is partnering with nearly 30 educational institutions, which now includes new schools such as ESSEC, Sciences Po Paris, and Telecom Sup Paris, covering all of the company’s fields and professions. These collaborations offer students hands-on experience in a dynamic and demanding environment, fostering learning and innovation, where excellence and expertise are closely intertwined.
Regularly recognized for the quality of its work-study programs and employer brand, Air France was recently awarded the “Engagements Jeunes – Distinction 2026” label, further illustrating its long-term commitment to supporting future generations.
