A business partner who goes on longer than expected, a meeting that never ends ... To respond to the uncertainties of its Business customers' professional life, Air France has introduced a new option in its Flex offer: the After Show.
IT'S NOW POSSIBLE TO POSTPONE A MEDIUM-HAUL FLIGHT IN BUSINESS ON THE SAME DAY
The new option, called "After Show", is an addition to the Flex offer on Air France's medium-haul network. Available since April 20th, After Show allows Business customers to take a flight later than originally scheduled at no extra charge. This new offer is based on seat availability in Economy.
In this way, Air France Business customers can choose a later flight several hours before or after the departure of the flight originally planned. The After Show request must be made by the customer on the day of departure. After the scheduled flight's latest check-in time, After Show is available via online check-in*, at interactive kiosks or at the counter at the airport. If the latest check-in time for the originally scheduled flight has passed, customers can request an After Show at the interactive kiosks or at the counter at the airport.
As a reminder, this service currently exists on Air France's domestic network and on KLM's European network. Customers who have paid a Flex fare on Air France's medium-haul network continue to benefit from the possibility of flying earlier than originally scheduled at no additional charge (known as "Go Show").
AN ORIGINAL ADVERTISING CAMPAIGN
As from May 30th, business travellers on Air France's medium-haul flights will see the company's latest advertising campaign on their mobile, computer screen, in the media or on airport displays to promote its FLEX fare and illustrate its competitive and attractive offers.
Seven videos have been created to highlight the most complete FLEX offer on the market at a more affordable price. This creativity will attract customers with strong business potential for Air France.
This multimedia activation is based on situations that resonate strongly with the professional lives of Air France's Business customers. Each video highlights an unexpected event during a business trip to promote the benefits of the FLEX offer. In each of the cases presented, Air France's FLEX offer makes it possible to adapt to the unpredictable nature of business life.
