On departure from Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport, and for a period of one year, Zhao Guangyou, chef of the JE Mansion restaurant in Beijing, will be signing new dishes for the Company on flights to 6 Asian destinations – Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai and Wuhan in China as well as Singapore. Air France thus confirms its role as ambassador of fine French dining in the sky, by offering Business customers a wide choice of Chinese gourmet delights, created by a Relais & Château member Chef.

In collaboration with Servair chefs, Zhao Guangyou has skilfully adapted four new dishes to suit the conditions on board an aircraft cabin, taking inspiration from the expertise of M. Wang Xifu, descendant of Chinese imperial cuisine. The Chinese chef will offer Air France Business customers a selection of Chinese imperial dishes, whose carefully selected ingredients and complex preparation will be a feast for passengers' eyes.
